Exchanges
Every book, every piece — handpicked with intention. We don’t offer exchanges for change of mind, because our lovers are chosen in the dark and unwrapped with desire.
If your order arrives damaged or not as promised, we’ll make it right. But if you’re simply having second thoughts… perhaps it wasn’t the one.
Returning Your Purchase
You have 10 days from the date your parcel slips into your hands to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, just as untouched as the moment it left our lair.
To initiate a return, send your request to hello@murdershewrote.com.au. Once approved, we’ll share the next steps. Returns without prior approval won’t be accepted (we believe in consent in all things).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items must be returned in a condition that says "admired" — not "used."

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the fault is ours (and when it is, we fix it fast).

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We inspect every order with obsessive care, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or just... not what you ordered, contact us immediately. We’ll right the wrongs — no punishment required.
The Fine Print
Sale items and gift cards are final — once claimed, they’re yours.
